2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
Clients may cancel services with the following terms:
- Before Project Start: Full refund minus any setup costs already incurred
- During Project (0-25% complete): 75% refund of remaining balance
- During Project (26-50% complete): 50% refund of remaining balance
- During Project (51-75% complete): 25% refund of remaining balance
- After 75% completion: No refund available
2.2 Cancellation Notice
Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 7 days before the next billing cycle or project milestone. Cancellation requests should be sent to contact@futuresmarketing.shop.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Eligible for Refund
Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered as agreed in the contract
- Significant delay in delivery beyond agreed timelines (without client-caused delays)
- Technical issues preventing service delivery
- Mutual agreement to terminate services
3.2 Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after service delivery
- Dissatisfaction with results due to market conditions
- Client-caused delays or non-cooperation
- Services completed as per contract specifications
- Third-party platform changes or restrictions
4. Refund Process
4.1 Request Submission

- Provide any supporting documentation
4.2 Review Process
We will review your refund request within 5-7 business days and respond with our decision. The review process includes:
- Assessment of work completed

- Communication of decision to client
4.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions), we will work with clients to find mutually acceptable solutions, which may include service credits or extended timelines rather than refunds.
5.2 Service Modifications
If we need to modify services due to external factors, we will:
- Notify clients immediately
- Provide alternative solutions
- Offer partial refunds if alternatives are not acceptable
6. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:
- Request a second review by senior management
- Provide additional documentation or evidence
- Request mediation through a neutral third party
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and amicably.
7. Service Credits
In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer service credits that can be used for future projects. Service credits:
- Are valid for 12 months from issue date
- Can be applied to any FUTURE MARKETING service
- Cannot be transferred to third parties
- Cannot be converted to cash
